At Linkinzaa, we aim to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers. Below is our refund and cancellation policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    Refunds will be granted only if the LinkedIn Premium activation cannot be completed due to issues such as having an existing premium plan or not receiving the activation link within the promised time frame. If you do not receive the activation link within 2 hours of your purchase, you may cancel the order and request a refund.
    No refunds will be issued after the activation is complete, as the activation cannot be canceled.
  2. Price Changes
    Prices may vary based on market conditions and supply. If the price changes after you’ve made a purchase, we cannot offer a refund for the price difference.
  3. Refund Process
    Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Stripe handles the refunds, and depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  4. Customer Responsibility
    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate email and WhatsApp details. If incorrect information is provided and another individual activates the plan using those details, Linkinzaa will not be responsible.
    If you realize you’ve provided incorrect information, please inform us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  5. Activation Process
    We will send the activation link via WhatsApp to ensure it reaches you. Once the link is sent and acknowledged, you will have 2 hours to activate it. If you do not activate the link within this time, you will have a 48-hour window to request a refund.
  6. Policy Updates
    Any changes to the refund or cancellation policy will be communicated through updates on our website.
  7. No Other Refund Reasons
    Refunds will not be granted for any reasons other than those outlined above.

Modification Rights
Linkinzaa reserves the right to modify or change this policy at any time. We advise customers to review the policy on our website regularly.
